Shaun is a former managing partner at a venture fund with 20 years working across operations and strategy in multiple industries. He's been inside companies at every stage from the garage to growth equity.
Emerging leaders and technologists seek out his neurodivergent perspective to explore non-linear pathways for reducing daily friction as they scale their companies and their teams.
He leads with curiosity, not judgment. He's known for being direct in a field of people who talk too much. He asks the questions that unlock what you already know but haven't been able to say out loud.
